Delivery Timeline

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad): 2-3 business days
  • Other Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5-7 business days

Shipping Rates

  • FREE Shipping: On all orders over Rs 1,000
  • Standard Shipping: Rs 200 for orders under Rs 1,000

Payment Methods

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available nationwide
  • Credit/Debit Card: All major cards accepted via secure payment gateway
  • Bank Transfer: Contact us for details

Order Tracking

How to Track Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with your tracking number and courier details.

  • Step 1: Check your email/SMS for the tracking number
  • Step 2: Visit the courier's website (TCS, Leopards, or M&P)
  • Step 3: Enter your tracking number to see real-time updates

Order Status Updates

You will receive automatic updates at the following stages:

  • Order Confirmed: Immediately after purchase
  • Dispatched: When your order leaves our facility
  • Out for Delivery: On the day of delivery
  • Delivered: Confirmation of successful delivery
⚠️ Important
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact us within 24 hours with proof of non-delivery.

Return Policy

We take great pride in the quality of our collectibles. However, we understand that sometimes returns may be necessary. Please read our return policy carefully.

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
BLIND BOXES and MYSTERY ITEMS are FINAL SALE. Due to the random nature of blind box products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on these items under any circumstances. By purchasing a blind box, you accept this condition.

Eligible for Return

  • Items that are damaged during shipping (photo proof required)
  • Items that are defective or have manufacturing errors
  • Wrong item received (different from what was ordered)
  • Unused items in original packaging (subject to 20% restocking fee)

NOT Eligible for Return

  • Blind Boxes / Mystery Items: No exceptions
  • Items without original packaging: Must be in resellable condition
  • Items showing signs of use: Applied, mounted, or modified items
  • Returns requested after 7 days: No late returns accepted
  • Change of mind purchases: "I don't like it" is not a valid reason

Return Conditions

  • Item must be in its original, unopened packaging
  • All accessories and documentation must be included
  • You must provide photo/video proof of the issue
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility (except for our errors)

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

⚠️ Strict Refund Conditions
We ONLY process monetary refunds for damaged or lost packages that were paid for via Credit/Debit Card. Cash on Delivery orders are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

Refund by Payment Method

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Full refund to original payment method (minus return shipping if applicable)
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Store credit only (valid for 90 days)
  • Bank Transfer Payments: Refund via bank transfer (5-7 business days)

Refund Timeline

  • Store Credit: Issued within 24 hours of return approval
  • Card Refunds: 5-10 business days depending on your bank
  • Bank Transfer: 5-7 business days after confirmation

Deductions & Fees

  • Restocking Fee: 20% deduction for "change of mind" returns
  • Return Shipping: Customer's responsibility unless we made an error
  • Original Shipping: Non-refundable unless order was our error

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of the expected delivery date (for lost) or upon receiving (for damaged)
  • Provide photos of the damaged item AND packaging
  • Do NOT throw away packaging until the claim is resolved
  • We will file a claim with the courier and process your refund/replacement accordingly
